  • What kind of repairs or services can you do?

    Here at Tailored Computer Care we can fix the following items:

    Installs of Modems, Security Systems, Cameras, Smart Doorbells (by appointment only)

    Wire New homes with Ethernet wall ports and Ethernet cables (by appointment only)

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

  • How long does it take for my Custom PC to be built?

    On average we typically provide a 2 week window. This window is from the time of us receiving an “Approved” estimate to customer. Though depending on the parts requested it could take up to 1 month at max for a completed system to be delivered to the customer.

  • Do you offer a Military discount?

    We pride ourselves on offering a discount to the following individuals. Military and First Responders.

    Note: A Military Valid ID, Law Enforcement badge or similiar must be presented at the time of service to receive a discount.

  • If I order a Custom Cut Cable when can I expect to receive it?

    Upon receiving payment confirmation one of our tech’s will Measure, Cut, Assemble and conduct a quality test of your item to verify it works as expected and meets all ratings. All orders are processed and ship typically on same business day based on order time. If you place your order after 3pm you can expect your shipment to leave our office the next business day!

  • Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt. Here are the details:

    Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

    Exclusions: Certain items such as personalized items, and opened software or media cannot be returned.

    Process: To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) to our store along with your receipt. Our team will inspect the items and process your refund accordingly.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. This return policy is in addition to your statutory rights. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
